Status briefing November 7 2026
The Fractional Network
For Jason Frost, owner
Launch count: 66 of 113 checks proven on the local working copy. That count is from November 4 2026, about 11:25 PM Eastern. A morning check on November 7 2026, at 9:51 AM Eastern, found no newer proven count. On November 7 2026 three items that had been waiting on a decision were settled. Those three are not part of the 66. They are now counted with the partly done work until the follow through is finished.
There is no full sign off on the staging site (the private practice copy), no sign off from you, and no switch over to the new build. One decision is waiting on you. Three others were settled on November 7 2026 and still need follow through. They are at the end of this page.
Launch checks
Proven on the local working copy. The local working copy is the development copy, not the public site.
The green bar is the share that is proven. The pale stretch is not proven yet. This is not a launch score.
- Proven means the check passed on the local working copy, on practice data.
- It does not mean the staging site has been signed off.
- It does not mean you have signed off, and it does not mean the live site has been switched over.
| Count | Where that group stands |
|---|---|
| 66 |
Proven on the local working copy
Passed in development, on practice data. This is not the public site.
|
| 25 |
Partly done
Some local proof, and they still need the staging site, a browser check, or a leftover item. This now includes three items settled on November 7 2026 that still need follow through.
|
| 12 |
Need a real staging run
These need a run on the private practice site before they can be finished.
|
| 1 |
Need a decision from you
Unpaid referral data, at the end of this page.
|
| 8 |
Live publish track only
These can only be proven when the public site is published. They cannot be finished earlier.
|
| 1 |
Out of scope
The Zoom calendar. Not part of this launch.
|
| 113 |
Full set
These six groups are the whole launch list. Nothing is left out of the 113, and nothing is counted twice.

01What is live now
The public site thefractionalnetwork.org is on the November 3 2026 publish. The build notes call that publish Packet Z.
Investor pages and private equity portfolio pages now load. Before that publish, those pages showed an error.
A later package has been prepared and has not been published. The build notes call it Packet AA. It covers three things:
- A history of important changes
- Adding and editing portfolio companies
- Private member documents
Nothing besides that November 3 publish has been switched over to the live site.
02What has been built and proven
66 of 113 launch checks passed on the local working copy. They passed on practice data. That is not a sign off on the staging site, not your sign off, and not a switch over to the live site.
The November 4 work is saved as 12 updates, numbered 1 through 12. At 9:51 AM Eastern on November 7 2026 those updates were still open. None of them had been applied to the live site.
On November 4 the staging database in your Supabase project was brought up to the structure prepared for this build. Supabase is the service that hosts that database. That copy has 14 practice accounts. They are not real members. Some checks were partly covered there. None of them became fully proven.
The November 4 work includes the areas below. Only checks inside the 66 are proven. Anything partly done, still needing a staging run, or still waiting on a decision is counted in the groups above, not inside the 66.
- Member billing, including leadership promo codes kept in step with Stripe, the payment service
- Admin tools for members, executive searches, and talent requests
- Profile choices that save, a cap of five keynote and panel topics, and free text for workshop topics
- File uploads, email, and a record of how matching is used
- A recruiter area that stays off unless it is turned on. It is not on the live site.
- A split between the membership agreement and the referral agreement, so they are not locked into one combined document
03What is left
25 checks are partly done. Most of these have some proof on the local working copy and still need the staging site, a browser check, or a leftover item. Three of them were settled on November 7 2026 and still need follow through: the backup restore window, filing the evidence pack, and turning on project protections.
12 checks need a real run on the staging site before they can be finished. The November 4 update on that practice copy covered some items only in part. None of those became fully proven. There has not been a full sign off on the staging site.
8 checks can only be proven on the live publish track. That track is the one that publishes the public site. Those checks cannot be closed on the local working copy or on the staging site.
1 check is out of scope for this launch: the Zoom calendar.
Until the open checks are finished, you have signed off, and the new build is switched over, this is not launch ready.
04Decisions
One item is still waiting on you. Three others were settled on November 7 2026. Those three are not proven yet. They now sit with the partly done work until the follow through is finished.
Backup restore
If the database has to be restored from a backup, how much recent activity is it acceptable to lose? This is settled: at most 1 hour.
Evidence pack
The written sign off notes from earlier milestones will be filed in your deal folder. That filing is our paperwork. It is not a choice we need from you. The files themselves are not all in place yet.
Unpaid referral data
The open question is what to do with referral data for people who have not paid. The proposal is to archive that data after confirming it was not paid.
Project protections
Protection will be turned on for the project files and for the main line of work, so they cannot be changed by accident. This is settled. The setting itself still needs to be switched on.
